Terms of Service

Welcome to TimeLine. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use TimeLine.
1. Who Can Use TimeLine
You must be at least 18 years old to use TimeLine. By creating an account or using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@join-timeline.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users
TimeLine has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any content or user that violates these rules will be removed immediately and the responsible account will be permanently banned without warning.
4. Content You Post
You retain ownership of the content you post (Moments). By posting, you grant TimeLine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service.
5. Privacy
Your use of TimeLine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using TimeLine you agree to that policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
When using TimeLine you agree not to attempt to access or disrupt our systems without authorization, scrape or harvest data, send unsolicited messages or spam, reverse engineer the app, or use automated bots to interact with the service.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule within 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
TimeLine and its original content (excluding user-generated Moments) are and remain the property of Cole Perry. Our name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimers
TimeLine is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeLine and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
